No fuss, the documents can be signed electronically, and both ends keep a copy. The owner will meet you virtually and you can also see the apartment on a video or on a video call.
How does the checkin work?
You meet and greet the owner of the property. They give you the keys and take you through the house details and how can you contact them. This meeting should last no more than an hour.
